This is a straight to DVD Disney Movie and winner of the Andrew Carnegie Award for film. Jump In tells the story of a Brooklyn teenager named Izzy who is working hard to become a boxer and fulfills his father's dream. That is, until his friend Mary asks him to join her double dutch team because they are short one member. Izzy joins the team and soon discovers that he has his own passion for double dutching. When people around school learn about Izzy's new sport they are not all as thrilled. This movie is full of catchy songs and very intricate free style double dutch moves. Teenagers love this movie for the excitement. It teaches students to follow their dreams and not to worry about what others think.
